We
are happy to inform you that we are implementing the Show Me Nutrition Program
by MU Extension in our PreK and PreSchool Classes!
Each lesson includes a book about
healthy eating, a physical activity, a food-tasting activity, and a chance to
practice healthy habits like hand washing. Lessons also include family newsletters
with more ideas of healthy recipes. Enjoy!
