Hello! My name is Andrea Reynolds. I am married to David Reynolds. We were married by Father Mike Volkmer at St. James during the remodeling of St. Francis Xavier. We have two boys, DJ and Cody, who attend St. Francis Xavier and are in the 6th grade. Our oldest, Jacob, joined the army. My father’s family, the Sangers, is originally from here. My parents were members of Queen of the Apostles until it closed then became members of St. Francis. My husband and I moved our family here in 2010 and have been members ever since then. My hobbies include reading and spending time with family and friends.
I graduated from Bishop LeBlond High School which I attended for one year after my father retired from the air force. I received an associate’s degree in accounting which I was in the field for many years. In Arizona, I worked as a recess monitor and a health aide in a special education class for two years. After moving here, I worked in the kitchen with Betty Werner and Kristy Cochran for three and a half years. It gave me the opportunity to be at school with my boys and complete my bachelors in early childhood. This will be my third year teaching Pre-K. I have completed training in Love and Logic, Using Environmental Rating Scales as a Classroom Improvement Tool, Positive Solutions to Challenging Behaviors, Helping Parent and Providers Understand Temperament, Early Learning through Play, and It’s All in the Smile.
